I’m not sure which is worse. Not being able to get to sleep when you go to bed, or waking up several times during the night, even if only for a few minutes. Waking up during the night is a torture when it’s for an hour or more. Studies are showing that a good night’s sleep is as important to your overall health as your diet and the amount of exercise you do. You need to sleep to rejuvenate every cell in your body.
