Insomnia can have many causes such as job stress, divorce or separation, money problems, anxiety, and depression. The problem is that our minds are always racing around thinking about all of the problems we have. We can’t shut it off.
Insomnia has turned out to be a common disease prevalent in all age groups. It occurs due to the deficiency of melatonin in the brain. Hormonal imbalance or restless leg syndrome can also keep you deprived of proper sleep.
