Everyone feels stressed at some point of time. And that's due to pressure, worry, tension, upset, sad, angry or it could be a mixture of uncomfortable feelings. Stress can be even worse if you have to deal with family related problems.

This is called instinct, where hormones like adrenaline and cortical gear up to cope with immediate stressful situations. But body is less able to cope with longer-lasting pressure. This is from where the stress develops and results in many problems like sleep disorders, feel tired, indigestion of food, stomachaches or headaches, frustration, depression.

Several things are there that can help you cope up with stress.
1. Think about the situations that are stressful and then think of your reaction towards the situation and finally evaluating the thing your manner.
2. Or when you find fault with your reaction towards the stressful situation think about how you could behave differently in these situations. By this you would feel more in control.
3. Start thinking of how the other people might have behaved had they been on your place. And also think as what way they would have behaved had you been acted differently.
4. Start listing all those things which will make the life happy, easier and worth loving. Now write them down on a paper. It can actually help you sort things out in your mind.
5. Having talks and conversations with your near and dear ones can help you to solve the problems, which are contributed to stress.
